1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mce19 platform and all its services. By accessing the mce19 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

mce19 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement: the total amount of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• The bonus must be used within a specified period, otherwise it will be forfeited.
• Before the bonus conditions are met, only the deposited real money can be withdrawn, but in that case the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Program

The mce19 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tier progression is determined based on active gaming and account usage. mce19 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

5.3 Other Promotions

On the occasion of special events and festivals (such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), mce19 may offer additional promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published along with the promotion's announcement.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on the mce19 platform are conducted following fair play principles. Game results are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• The individual rules of each game can be found in the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be cancelled or refunded.
• For sports betting, settlement will be completed after the official result is announced.
• If a bug or error is found in any game, the winnings for that round may be cancelled.
• Playing with multiple accounts from a single device at the same time is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mce19 platform, and if such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account

• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users

In the case of any prohibited activity, mce19 reserves the right to take legal action.
